I Sulk in my solitude
the noise of silence shatter my eardrums.
It's so loud I can't hear my own voice.
I close my eyes, yet see a bright light,
burning so bright it engulfs my whole
spirit and mind.
More than ever I can hear my own voice, reverberating through the crevices of my bones, trying to burst out. However, when it eventually does, all that comes out is a whimper.
